In a safe and comfortable setting, exploring healthy expression of emotion and thoughts, and developing effective strategies that increase your well-being are my priority.
With over 30 years of mental health experience in schools, child and family agencies and private practice, and training in evidence-based modalities (CBT, SFBT, MI, disordered eating/eating disorders) and leadership, an individualized approach to your wellness goals can be jointly created.
