Do you feel isolated, emotionally dysregulated, depressed, anxious, stuck, overwhelmed, or misunderstood by the people around you? I am an informed counsellor, aiming to create a collaborative, safe space to support you with your experiences. I welcome clients facing various challenges and have worked with people from all walks of life. I have experience supporting individuals through grief, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, postpartum depression, life transitions and more.

I want to get to know you and help you reach your therapeutic goals. I use cognitive-behavioural (CBT), narrative therapy, solution-focused, strength-based, and emotional-focused or reality therapy. I am a trauma-informed counsellor, culturally sensitive, and grounded in building trust and autonomy while using humour. I am also a registered social worker.

We are all experts in our own lives and stories and have the tools to make them more satisfying. Sometimes, we may need support to reach that goal. I aim to create a collaborative therapeutic atmosphere to support your needs, share your experiences and provide therapeutic support.
