Child & Family Therapy for Young Children (Ages 2–10) - Serving in-home and in-clinic in the Cambridge area.
You love your child, but lately it feels like you're spending more time managing behaviour than enjoying each other. Maybe your child has big emotions, frequent meltdowns, anxiety, separation struggles, or difficulty with everyday transitions. You've tried to help, but you're not always sure what's underneath the behaviour, or what to do differently.
Therapy doesn't have to mean dropping your child off and waiting for someone else to tell you what happened. I work with young children and their parents, using play, connection, and practical parent coaching to understand what's getting in the way. We may work together in your home, with your child, or through parent-child sessions.
I'm Nadia, a Registered Social Worker and parent myself. I want therapy to feel warm, practical, and collaborative—not like another place where you're told what you're doing wrong.
