Self-Care through creative Art Therapy
Art therapy is a form of psychotherapy that uses the creative process of making art as a therapeutic technique to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It is based on the belief that the creative process involved in artistic self-expression helps people to resolve conflicts and problems, develop interpersonal skills, manage behavior, reduce stress, increase self-esteem and self-awareness, and achieve insight. Hannah is a trained professional with a background in both art and counselling. She will guide clients through activities such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or collage.
