I have over 20 years' experience in empowering you to live your truth and create lasting change. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and I am a Master Therapeutic Counsellor-MTC, as well as a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor-RTC. I work with individuals from all walks of life including the LGBTQ community.
I offer counselling in the following areas: Life Transitions Counselling, Grief, Loss, Depression, Anxiety, Stress, LGBT, Identity Issues, Women's Issues, and exploring one's Life Purpose. I am a therapeutic writing facilitator and use therapeutic writing, journal writing and art with clients who are comfortable with these practices.
