Seeking help is a sign of strength, and can be the first step to committing to the road to recovery. Together, I can support you to lessen the discomfort you are experiencing in life, and enhance your ability to feel positive emotions and harmony within yourself and towards others.
In discussing your concerns, I will be validating, yet able to challenge some unhelpful automatic thoughts and patterns that negatively impact your mental wellness. Counselling can be online or by phone for anyone located anywhere within BC and Ontario. I am gentle, caring, non-judgmental, and use a collaborative and relational based approach to therapy. As a therapist my approach is to holding a safe and supportive space. I also use humor when suitable in sessions, as a way to connect and reduce tension.
