Hello, I'm Phe (fee), a queer, biracial (third generation Chinese-Canadian), genderqueer psychotherapist here to advocate alongside of you. You can count on me to provide a safe, accepting, and affirming space. Together, we can dig deep on sexual identity, gender identity, and/or ethnic/racial identity. I'm here to help when it comes to: LGBTQ2SA+ issues, questioning identity, "coming out"/"letting in", minority stress, racial trauma, colonial/systemic violence, generational trauma, biracial dissonance, shame and guilt, anxiety, depression, confidence and self-esteem, gender dysphoria, and pre/post transition support.
I work from a LGBTQ2SA+ affirming and neurodivergent-affirming lens. I predominately use Internal Family Systems, Narrative, and Systems-Centered approaches allowing us to explore your experiences (past and present) and make sense of your internal and external world to bring light and healing to the origin of the symptom or issues.
