I am a Clinical Director and Registered Social Worker with many years of experience working alongside youth, adults, couples, and families as they navigate conflict, stress, and major life changes. My work is grounded in understanding how people function within their family systems, and how anxiety, relationship patterns, and past experiences show up in the present. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with youth and families, supported individuals impacted by intimate partner violence, and helped people move through complex relationship and life transitions. I worked with extensively with youth before going back to school to obtain my masters. Passionate about assisting the entire family unit I focused my education on male anxiety and how it can affect relationships. I also have extensive knowledge of domestic violence and how it can impact the family.
I am a service provider for: Crime Victims Assistance, First Nations Health Authority, Blue Cross (RCMP, CAF, Veterans Affairs) and am accepted by most extended insurance companies.
