I work with individuals and couples who need support with anxiety, depression, effects of trauma, relationship issues, and significant life changes. I also enjoy working with professors and students, immigrants, neurodiverse, and 2SLGBTQI+ clients. My counselling style is gentle and compassionate, geared to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, cultivate self-acceptance, and foster personal and relational growth. Together, we will learn to manage stress and difficult emotions, build your self-esteem and healthy boundaries, foster new connections, improve communication, and restore intimacy in existing relationships.

My approach is primarily attachment-based, relational, depth-oriented, and trauma-informed. I have additional training in the Developmental Model of Couples Therapy, ADHD and neurodiversity affirming practices, sandtray therapy, and the Integrative Trauma and Attachment Treatment Model.
