My priority is for you to feel welcomed and safe in my office. Our sessions will be guided by your presenting issues and may explore relationships both past and present and the impact of those experiences on your current situation. You may be coming to address issues such as anxiety, depression, grief, stress, difficult life transitions, past or present abuse or relationship challenges. We will look at patterns that may be present in your life and explore new ways of being.
I am a certified Bioenergetic Analyst (mind-body connection) and over the past twenty years, I have completed different trainings including therapeutic writing, family of origin studies, grief support and CBT for anxiety and depression. I have a particular interest in MAID and the emotional complexities associated with that decision.
I have a Masters degree in Counselling Psychology, am a Registered Psychotherapist in the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and am a certified Bioenergetic Therapist. Additionally, I have over thirty years experience working with clients.
