Nicole is the founder of Healing Moments, located in the Complete Wellness Clinic. With over a decade of experience working in mental health and addictions treatment Nicole is rooted in the belief that people do the best they can with what they have. Along the way, however, we have learned things about our thoughts, feelings, how we relate to others and patterns of coping with life that are no longer helpful for us. Healing Moments Therapy is about finding a safe space to be heard, feel supported, and to learn new ways of approaching the important relationships in your life.
As a client of Healing Moments you will have access to my entire toolbox. I believe access to evidence based tools, strategies and ideas will help you move towards the life you want to be living. I believe counselling is essential, individually tailored and meant to be time limited.
