In therapy we will work on things that are of concern to you and at a pace that feels right for you. I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, stress, grief, or relationship issues. My niche is in working with women struggling with infertility, pregnancy loss or postpartum challenges.

I help couples overcome conflict to create strong and harmonious relationships. Using The Gottman Method or CBT, couples can learn stop being at war with each other. What were once heart-breaking conversations the couple did not know how to fix, turn into dialogue around making the relationship better, repairing old hurts, and deepening emotional connection. Whether the conflict stems from poor communication and emotional distance, to trauma, affairs, infertility, or substance use problems, the evidence based treatments can help couples communicate openly and find solutions, or decide it is time to move on.

My clinical practice model primarily utilizes Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Emotion focused therapies, CBT, and Trauma informed practices with a client-centered approach.
