Are life circumstances causing you to feel stuck and exhausted? Are you struggling to live your best life? We can often find ourselves trapped in negative situations and thinking patterns, which lead to exhaustion, burnout, depression, and even suicidal ideation. This is especially true in times of life transitions, such as school, new relationships, separation, parenthood, career, etc. My passion for therapy and mental wellness emerges from own past experiences, that were greatly helped by personal counselling and self-care.
I offer approaches such as CBT, EMDR, ACT, Bowen Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, SFBT, Gestalt Therapy, and Mindfulness based therapies through a trauma-informed lens. As a counsellor and educator, my therapeutic approach revolves around providing a nurturing environment to promote resilience and a growth mindset.
