Life can be full of unprecedented changes and challenges that can leave us feeling defeated and unbalanced. However, in the darkest moments, there is always room for hope, and our obstacles can become opportunities for personal growth and success. I believe that individuals are not defined by their circumstances, problems, or mistakes but by making conscious choices to respond to their challenges in healthy ways that promote healing. I hold a holistic view of the wellness of the individual using an integrative approach to help clients find harmony among the different competing aspects of their life and function at their best.
In the last twenty-eight years I had the honour of being invited into the hearts of many hurting individuals. My experiences in community counselling, youth ministry, working with special needs children, and serving the elderly have increased my passion for helping others and led me to develop a wide range of skills for supporting diverse populations.
In addition, my lived experiences of different life transitions have given me a broader understanding of various issues and the ability to empathize with others. I consider it a privilege to journey alongside with you and work together in exploring your strengths and abilities while helping you learn coping strategies to navigate through life’s struggles.
