Building Resilience
"Building Resilience" is 8 week group that was created for people with Mild to Moderate Anxiety and Depresison and those who want to become emotionally stronger. Participants are going to learn emotion regulation tools, stress management techniques, and improve interpersonal skills. You will be more equipped to deal with upsetting events, understand and communicate your needs, and make decision based on your best interest. Group counselling is as effective as individual therapy. You will benefit from interacting with other group participants. Groups break isolation and help to normalize our situations. It is also fun to learn new skills together.
