Drawing on over 8 years of counselling experience in Hong Kong and Toronto, I have dedicated myself to helping children, teens, young adults, and adults address mental health and relationship concerns. Through my training in Tyndale's MA Clinical Counselling program, I am equipped to offer individual, couple, and family counselling.
My approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and Family Systems Therapy, with support from Mindfulness and Solution-Focused Therapy. This helps us understand how your family experiences influence your current relationships. We will engage in experiential learning during our sessions to develop more fulfilling ways of connecting with others.
Healing is a journey that requires time and patience. We cannot rush the process, but we can proactively seek treatment for our wounds and invite trusted companions to support us through the discomfort, making the path to healing more manageable.
