I specialize in counselling for queer, trans, non-binary, and neurodivergent people. Many of my clients reach out when life feels like a crossroads, as they figure out shifts in how they identify and work through what that means for them as a person, in relationships, and in their communities. I work from the perspectives of social justice and attachment - I believe that the social environment we grew up in, and our relationship histories within those environments, shape how we show up in our present. I pay special attention to how power functions in our relationships and communities, and how it impacts our internal experiences.

Queer, trans, and neurodivergent people often have unique needs in counselling because of messages throughout their lives saying that they don't fit within their environments. Counselling can support these folks to find community, experience a more consistent sense of self-worth, and build a life that fits for them. I am kink and poly affirming.
I'm excited to connect with you and to find out what it is you most need from counselling. I tailor my approach to each individual client, and strive to create a welcoming environment where you can show up as your whole self. I am passionate about creating a safe spaces for people of all genders, sexualities, relationship styles, and neurotypes.
