The good news? You don’t have to feel that way forever. You can have a life where you feel connected to the world around you, nurture happy and healthy relationships, and communicate through overwhelm and activation. I provide counselling for individuals and couples struggling with trauma and related conflict/communication issues, attachment/relational wounds, burnout, and grief. I also work with queer and non-monogamous couples.

As a queer, autistic, ADHDer therapist, I’m committed to providing a safe and inclusive space for you to process trauma and improve your relationships. My approach attends to power and structural inequity, and is intersectional, strengths-based, and person-centred, as well as grounded in queer and feminist principles, and anti-oppressive practice.
