I provide online therapy in AB, NS, NB, QC and Nunavut to women and psychologists and therapists dealing with anxiety, trauma (single incident, complex, attachment, & family of origin), perfectionism, fertility issues, and the painful legacy of being an adult child of a narcissist. In therapy we will make space for all the parts of you and all the things you find hard to say and begin to understand how your beliefs about yourself developed in response to how you adapted to belong and survive in your life.
I offer highly trained, kind, ethical and skilled online therapy for women (and therapists) living with anxiety, trauma, perfectionism, fertility issues, and the legacy of narcissistic parenting. I use psychodynamic, body-focused, mindfulness, EMDR, Flash, clinical hypnosis, and existential therapies to help you heal and get back to living well and fully.
Therapy is a space to move toward a life of your conscious choosing. I consider it an honour to walk with you on this journey. I have 20+ years counselling experience, and a Ph.D. in Counselling Psychology from the University of Alberta. For your convenience, online booking is available through my website.
