My approach is client-centred and I draw on various modalities to best meet the needs of the individual client. I am trained in CBT, EFT, SST and DBT and have many years experience in children's mental health and working with individuals and groups at Community Health Centre in Toronto. I will work with each client to identify their strengths, needs and provide a framework to learn new ways of coping and managing with whatever challenges they are facing.
I have been providing therapy to individuals, families and children for over 20 years and have a wealth of experience in supporting people with anxiety, depression, trauma and those going through life transitions. I also have worked and provided support to those with parenting challenges and can provide consultations on a variety of parenting issues.
