I am accepting new clients for counselling and for my FREE Trauma Recovery Group on Tuesday nights. I offer compassionate therapy for trauma, grief, eating disorders, addictions, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, sexual orientation, serious mental health issues, dissociation, chronic pain, concussions, childhood abuse, relocation issues, sleep, anger or anything else. Everyone gets stuck from time to time. You don't have to be alone any more. I will adapt my style to your individual needs. I believe that behind your struggles is an astonishing ability to find hope, healing, strength, creativity, connection and fulfillment.
I am aware of the link between current issues and past trauma, including how past traumatic events can affect mood, sleep, and relationships, as well as illness and pain within the body. Awareness of how difficult, frightening, or embarrassing it can be to see a counsellor is important to me. I offer In Person, Video, Telephone, or Email counselling.
I am LGBTQ positive. I am a yoga teacher and sensitive to spiritual issues, work well with any ethnicity, any religion, any intelligence level, and people who have a hard time communicating. I support people in 12 step groups and those who want harm reduction. I welcome adults, couples, teens and pre-teens. I have been a psychotherapist for 25 years.Call me!

FREE - Tuesdays at 6pm ET (Toronto Time). Via Zoom. You can start any time. You don't have to attend every session. Recover from trauma in this weekly support group. I will offer a variety of techniques to help you to recover and reclaim the joy and fulfillment that is your birthright. Writing, sharing, CBT, and energy psychology techniques such as brain gym, emotional freedom technique, Tapas Acupressure technique and many more will help you manage your emotions and reclaim your life.
