I work with children, teens and adults. I specialise in cognitive behavioural therapy, trauma-based approaches, sensory processing, nature-based therapy and the arts.
I believe that therapy should be warm, inviting and human. Treatment doesn’t need to be clinical for it to work. Therapy can be in the woods, over a laptop or in an office.
