As a Registered Social Worker for 14 years, I have focused on counseling individuals, couples, and families with relationship issues and personal struggles with anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress. In couples work, I use a Gottman Method Couples Therapy approach. Blended families and those dealing with the effects of disabilities are interests of mine.
