I am a certified EMDR Therapist and Advanced Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist specializing in PTSD, CPTSD, reproductive, relational, and religious trauma, as well as ADHD. I take an integrative, personalized approach, blending EMDR and Brainspotting with parts work, mindfulness, and self‑acceptance to support meaningful, lasting healing.
