Helping clients heal after past traumatic events is a strong focus at iHope Counselling. I offer distress reducing EMDR Therapy with over 10 years of experience and supervision in this technique. The work is attachment based, with CBT and DBT commonly employed - all with a focus on distress reduction, emotion regulation and personal growth.
