Lauren: I enjoy promoting wellness in the areas of body image, self-esteem/compassion, anxiety, assertive communication and boundaries. I am a Health at Every Size (HAES) informed clinician. I also have extensive experience in crisis counselling. I maintain a body positive, sex positive, poly, queer and trans friendly, safe(r) space within my practice.
Online booking is available through www.ignitewellness.ca. Our practice is located in the West End of Edmonton and free parking is available. We have ground floor offices and a ground floor bathroom available. Sliding scale fees are also available.
