Are you feeling confused or frustrated in your relationships? I am a certified Gottman Method couples therapist, with Trauma-informed certification, and have nearly a decade of experience helping people with mental health issues. I work with individuals and couples in identifying their behavioural patterns and their conflicting communication patterns, as well as helping people to find their natural skills to promote lasting change.
As a Canadian Certified Counsellor, I ensure up-to-date training and sensitivity when engaging in therapeutic conversations surrounding anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, and while supporting marital, couple, and poly-relational difficulties, including those that may stem from infidelity, addiction, spiritual or faith-based influences.
