My priority is to ensure that my clients feel safe, understood, and skillfully supported in a compassionate and non-judgemental atmosphere. I take a holistic approach to wellness which addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I specialize in assisting with substance use disorders, trauma, work/life balance, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and plant medicine and integration. My approach is respectful, encouraging, and goal oriented. Clients tell me they appreciate my gentle, knowledgeable, and authentic style. I would be honoured to join you on your path of personal discovery, recovery, and transformation.
My passion is working with people with substance abuse and addiction issues. With several years of experience working in mental health and addictions, I work with clients from a harm reduction and non-judgmental approach to addressing trauma, problematic patterns, and behaviours.
The first step to asking for and seeking help is the hardest. You will find my non-judgmental, caring and compassionate style warm, safe and inviting. I encourage you to reach out and make that first step in creating the change you desire with the support from an experienced clinician whose focus will be to ensure you feel heard, validated, and understood.
