Navigating life’s challenges in isolation can be exhausting. You shouldn't have to do this alone. In our work, you’ll be listened to with respect and care, and supported in ways that help you grow and also protect your values. Together we’ll develop a strong therapeutic relationship that will help explore what’s holding you back, and open up practical paths toward relief and sustainable change. I am a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC) with over 20 years of experience in the mental health field. I have extensive experience working in Public Health Clinics (Vancouver) + Private Practice + Historical Front Line roles.
I work with folks who navigate complex mental health experiences. Some of my clients may experience suicidal thoughts, self-harm, or even physical brain injuries (TBI or ABI). I also support individuals recovering from assault or injury through the provincial ICBC and CVAP programs. I integrate EMDR, talk-therapy and Polyvagal Techniques.
The focus is on building safety, confidence and relief as a whole system; not just individual parts. My overall approach is deeply trauma-rooted, relational, and anti-oppressive.In our work together, you can expect deep collaboration, compassion & a process that encourages growth, insight, and resilience.
