Many of my clients grew up with emotionally immature, critical, inconsistent, or unpredictable caregivers. They learned to be capable, self-reliant, and highly attuned to others, but now struggle with self-trust, boundaries, people-pleasing, anxiety, or feeling fully connected to themselves. You may be the “black sheep” in your family, the one who noticed unhealthy dynamics or chose a different path. You want to feel more grounded, clear, steady, and authentic in your relationships and daily life.

I offer relational, attachment-based therapy grounded in Somatic Experiencing, nervous system work, and interpersonal neurobiology. Together we focus on building emotional safety, strengthening self-trust and boundaries, and helping your nervous system shift out of long-standing survival patterns.

You do not need to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Our work is collaborative, paced, and responsive to your nervous system’s capacity.
