As a teacher, I have witnessed firsthand the struggles that teenagers, individuals, and families face on a daily basis. Whether it is academic pressure, relationship issues, or mental health challenges, these issues can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. My goal has always been to provide a safe and supportive space for my students to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and to develop the skills they need to thrive.
After teaching for 16 years, I decided to take my passion for helping others to the next level by becoming a counsellor. With a master's degree in school counselling, a research in person-centered therapy trough a neuroscience vision and a certification in Brain Story, I bring a unique perspective to my practice.
Whether I am working with teenagers, individuals, or families, my approach is always client-centered and collaborative. I believe that every person is unique and deserving of respect. We will work together to create a counseling environment that fosters trust, empathy, and understanding.

Motivational group
The purpose of this group is to provide my clients with a supportive and empowering environment to work towards achieving their personal and professional goals. The group brings together individuals with similar aspirations and challenges. Through the use of humanistic counseling techniques and knowledge of neuroscience, I encourage the participants to tap into their own innate strengths and abilities to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. The group members can share their experiences, support each other, and celebrate their successes together. Through this process, individuals can gain self-awareness, self-confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
