Every day, I help teenagers, individuals, and families navigate the pressures of life, academic stress, emotional challenges, and mental health concerns. My work is rooted in compassion, neuroscience, and the belief that healing begins with understanding.

After 16 years in education, I chose to deepen my impact by becoming a counsellor. With a master’s in school counselling, research in person-centered therapy through a neuroscience lens, and Brain Story certification, I bring a unique, integrative perspective to my practice.

My method is brain-based. I believe that before embracing solutions, we must understand how the brain responds to stress, connection, and healing. The purpose of this group is to provide my clients with a supportive and empowering environment to work towards achieving their personal and professional goals. The group brings together individuals with similar aspirations and challenges. Through the use of humanistic counseling techniques and knowledge of neuroscience, I encourage the participants to tap into their own innate strengths and abilities to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. The group members can share their experiences, support each other, and celebrate their successes together. Through this process, individuals can gain self-awareness, self-confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose.
