| فارسی As a registered psychotherapist in Canada I thrive to understand my clients’ concerns and issues primarily. I provide therapy and counseling to many clients all around the world. Many of my clients are referred by their family doctor, friends or family. My private office is where I invite most of my clients. However, I also offer online psychotherapy and counseling by Teletherapy. In our first sessions I start with a brief assessment through a short casual conversation. Then we talk about any psychological, physical or relationship issues you would like to share. My approach is REBT, Mindfulness, systemic family and couple.
My clients learn to recognize body and mind symptoms and their contributing factors. They learn accept themselves unconditionally with all their strength and flaws. They would be able to be aware of their thoughts, emotions and behaviors and think rationally in order to lower the extent of disturbing negative feelings.
Everybody needs counseling and therapy. Clients who suffers from depression, anxiety, phobia, any kind of addiction and relationship conflicts would more likely benefit my services. Training social skills, helping self esteem and living life with happiness are my further specialties.
