We are compassionate and experienced Psychologists who have supported adults in various capacities, since 2012. We know that people are resilient and strong but certain life circumstances can be difficult to overcome for most. We have several specialty areas that include working with: 1. people who have gone through a car accident, 2. people who have experienced a significant life change/transition, and 3. people who have experienced trauma (due to military service, emergency responding, or sexual abuse). Currently, we provide only online counselling and have flexible hours.
We are experts who can help individuals heal from anxiety, pain, grief, and trauma. We work with you holistically to address the cognitive, emotional, physical, and spiritual areas of functioning. We blend science with spirituality to help you overcome difficult moments. Our clinic consists of registered and provisional (for a lower fee) psychologists.
We know that it can be difficult to reach out for help - we hear that from almost all of our clients. But we also hear how relieved they felt when they came in for a session and started to take control of their lives. You're not alone.
