My name is Darlington and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am trained to provide clients with spiritual, emotional and psychotherapeutic support using different and appropriate modalities to bring about healing and meaning-making.
I have a non-judgmental approach to therapy and I treat my clients with respect, empathy and dignity regardless of their cultural background and religious affiliation. My passion is to provide therapeutic counselling through active and empathetic listening by providing a safe space for my clients to share their stories and to thrive.
