Hi, my name is Kim Nelson. Have you noticed how life presents challenges in a multitude of ways? You may be dealing with anxiety, depression, post-pandemic issues, grief, or a critical illness diagnosis. If you would like to delve into the art of self-discovery: getting to know yourself well, let's connect. I offer therapeutic modalities to suit your specific needs: EMDR, CBT, compassion, solution-focused, mindfulness or yoga. I would welcome the opportunity to journey through any difficulties you a experiencing with the goal of moving forward in a positive way.
I have worked with diversified populations within the education system and have a wealth of knowledge about emotional struggles plaguing children, youth, and adults. I am a cancer survivor and welcome connecting with cancer patients/survivors to assist in your journey, whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or living life after cancer.
