I have a wealth of knowledge that I would love to share with you! As someone who knows what it is like to struggle, I know how hard it is to know where to start. It doesn't help that mainstream media is always suggesting a new way of healing. This can be very overwhelming and financially unattainable. This is where I come in! I am a great first step on your mental wellness journey! My lower price is intentional to be more inclusive for those who pay out of pocket.
I provide Counselling and Psycho-Education. For a lot of people, this may be all that is needed to change behaviour and thinking patterns without having to invest more money into Psychotherapy or Psychological Services. If you do require more than I can offer, I can help you explore the next steps with more perspective and confidence.
I believe that knowledge is power. It is important to understand how our mind and body work together to shape our wellness. I can help you to learn and apply this information to your own life in a very comfortable and non judgemental way. I am down to earth, goofy, and empathetic. My vibe is connecting as if we were two friends talking over coffee!
