Hello, I'm Holly (She/They). I'm glad that you found your way here. I provide individual counselling, clinical supervision and consultation in-person in Nanaimo, BC, and virtually across Canada. I have experience supporting survivors of gender-based violence, childhood relational trauma, and folks experiencing mental health changes in the postpartum period. I also have a special interest in working with people who are neurodivergent (Autism Spectrum and/or ADHD). I have received training include Narrative therapy, Expressive Arts therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy (Level 1), and will complete EMDR training in March 2026.
Together we will co-create a space in which you feel encouraged and supported to embody your authentic self. I will be curious about how you view your challenges ad how you define healing and growth. I am committed to anti-oppressive practice, cultural humility, and I welcome and affirm 2LGBTQIA and neurodivergent identities.
I am an approved Clinical Supervisor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and I welcome graduate students, qualifying members and established clinicians.
Now offering Hormone Readiness Assessments for adult residents of BC seeking gender-affirming hormone therapy.
