About
Hello! I see you’re scrolling through therapists and you’ve paused long enough to read my little blurb. I’m so glad you’re here! If you are struggling with your sexuality or your relationships we can work through it together. Do you have concerns about your sexual desire: Too much? Too little? Too different? Are you grappling with your sexuality, coming out, or dealing with shame and stigma? Maybe things were great but something’s changed (what hasn’t these days?) and you need some help there. Your relationship could also be entering a new stage and you need some help navigating all those new challenges.
My work has always been focused on serving those who don’t feel safe with traditional therapists. I studied counselling with an eye towards how it can be adapted for those on the margins. I’ve worked with marginalized, unhoused, and LGBTQIA2S+ youth, and I’m now excited to offer couples/relationship therapy, sex therapy, and individual therapy to adults!
I’ve done my best to make your next steps easy! You can email me with questions you have, or set up a free 15-minute phone consultation. For secure messaging and booking sessions I use the platform OwlPractice, which you can find on my Website! I’m committed to inclusive and accessible therapy so I offer a sliding scale from $80-$150 each session.
