I specialize in working with anxiety, self-criticism, life transitions, having a voice in relationships, and letting go of shame, loss/grief, and past hurt and trauma. I work with adults of all ages, 18+.

The core of my approach is a deep respect for each person’s unique journey, and their knowledge about their own lives.
