Welcome. I understand that you are searching for something to help you feel better, more on track, or more like yourself. Perhaps you have been feeling anxious or down, or you’ve been through one or more difficult experiences that you can’t seem to move past and beyond. You might be working to improve your wellness or life in some way, and you are taking a few steps forward, and then a couple back. You'd like to make progress, and it's hard to know how. My name is Holly. I work with people to help them feel more peaceful and happy in their lives. I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist with 20 years of experience to offer you.

I can help with issues like stress, burnout, anxiety, emotional balance, self-worth, confidence, and communications for healthier boundaries & relationships. As a certified trauma professional, I also assist people heal from past pain and losses. If you have important goals or dreams, we can also get barriers out of your way so you can make them reality.

I work in a collaborative way, so that we focus on what matters to you. Some people approach me for therapy, some for help with personal or professional goals, and for some we do a blend of both. I will meet you where you are at. We will work towards what you want for yourself. Whatever greater peace and happiness would look like for you, I'd like to help.
