Welcome. I am guessing you are searching for something to help you feel more on track. Perhaps you have been anxious or down, or you’ve been through one or more difficult experiences that you can’t move past and beyond. Or, you have some important goals and dreams, and you might find yourself taking a few steps forward, and then a couple back. You’d like to make progress. My name is Holly, and I'd like to help. I’m a counsellor and psychotherapist with 20 years of experience, and a certified trauma healing professional who also specializes in personal and professional growth, and life goals achievement and enhancement.
We can address concerns such as stress and anxiety, self-worth and confidence, communications and boundaries for healthy relationships, and healing from loss and past hurts. We can work together to help you discover, reclaim, and bring forward your strengths and inner resources so that you can achieve your goals and feel better and more fulfilled.
