I specialize in working with those who are walking through medical trauma, grief and loss, bullying, self esteem challenges, family systems, and boundary work. I work with children, teens, and adults, and I also have extensive experience in supporting clients who experience disabilities. Wherever life has brought you, my goal is to provide space for practical discussion and next steps towards your goals.
I come to the counselling setting with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and a Masters in Counselling. I have been in the field for over fourteen years and look forward to working with you. I value a person centred approach to working with clients on their goals and plans for their lives.
