I work with adults and youth experiencing anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, parenting challenges, and life transitions. I have a special focus on women’s mental health, including perimenopause and menopause. I also support clients dealing with substance use, trauma and PTSD, body image concerns, and major life or career changes.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and focused on helping clients feel understood while building resilience and meaningful change.
