Sometimes relationships are not simply experiencing conflict; they are carrying injuries. Trust may have been broken. Old wounds may surface in moments of disagreement. Conversations become repetitive, distance grows, and despite genuine efforts, the same painful patterns continue to emerge. Many of the individuals and couples I work with are struggling with the aftermath of betrayal, attachment injuries, emotional disconnection, unresolved resentment, or the question of whether repair is still possible. Together, we work toward greater understanding, emotional safety, accountability, and meaningful repair.

Many relationship problems are not simply communication problems—they are injuries that have not yet healed. I help individuals and couples navigate betrayal, emotional disconnection, attachment wounds, and recurring conflict by understanding the patterns that keep them stuck and creating opportunities for trust, connection, and repair.

Relationships can be deeply meaningful, but they can also leave lasting wounds. When hurt, resentment, or disconnection begin to shape a relationship, it can be difficult to know whether repair is possible.
