I am an autistic, queer, and trans therapist who partners with neurodivergent clients to de-pathologize and explore and strengthen your unique gifts, while attending to the harms of being ‘othered’ in a world that does not get you. No one should have to ‘hold it together’ on their own; everyone should have access to ‘holding it together’ - together! Building relationships rooted in solidarity and social transformation, honing critical analysis of power and oppression, and deepening into life purpose are at the heart of the healing process. While my focus is on supporting people to heal from systemic and institutional forms of trauma
(educational, familial, medical, mental health, social, and workplace), I am particularly interested in supporting people to process the impact these harms have on our learning and emotional well-being, our creativity and work, and our gender, relationships, and sexualities. My practice is rooted in de-pathologizing, neurodivergent-affirming, anti-oppressive
de-colonizing, class conscious, trauma-informed philosophies, and I draw upon a diversity of therapeutic modalities to create a unique approach that suits your specific needs and circumstances including relational, psychodynamic, systems, postmodern, feminist, narrative, existential, somatic, adlerian, mindfulness, and cognitive behavioural approaches.
