To all the misfits, bleeding hearts, counterculter'ers, offbeats, hot messes, outsiders, stressed out, alcoholics and the addicts, the depressed, the unsatisfied, the worried moms and dads, those living in grief, the ones who question their identity, the anxious, the labelled, the foster kids, the traumatized and the ones who never feel good enough or like they fit in. This world needs you & your story matters here. The Hold Fast Co has been providing radical therapy to radical humans- out of a beautifully curated vintage inspired space, in one of Calgary’s oldest heritage buildings-since 2019.
My trauma informed clinical practice integrates evidenced based treatment protocols and professional trainings, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Psychedelic Integration, Compassionate Inquiry (CI), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF- CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) & Sensorimotor Psychotherapy.
I provide an authentic, straightforward approach to therapy that is both non-pathologizing and integrative, through a unique lens of lived experience and over two decades of front line social work practice in complex mental health & addiction. I especially enjoy working with a diverse population who do not identify with mainstream values and lifestyles.
