I offer treatment for anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem, with a focus on chronic PTSD, as well as difficulties in relationships and life transitions (i.e: retirement). Together, we explore how past experiences shape current patterns in relationships, thoughts, and emotions, connecting past and present to foster a more grounded and integrated sense of self.
