I like knowing my clients, not just their files. My approach is person-centered at its core, direct, and practical. I help you make sense of why patterns repeat even when contexts change, equipping you with actionable tools to use both during and outside of our sessions.
I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership. As a mother of two, I have a deep, personal understanding of how major life transitions shape us as individuals and alter our sense of self.
