I find that every individual is on a complex journey and often has to navigate new environments with limited guidance and help. Therefore, I developed a special interest in providing help to to individuals facing significant transitions/phases in their lives (e.g., school, college, autonomous living, work, romantic relationships, marriage, divorce, immigration).
I use an integrative approach, tailored to suit the individual's values, needs, experiences, and personal circumstances. My appreciation of the integrative approach is closely related to the fact that I come from a different cultural background and I feel that I am able to understand the individual differences that can impact a person.
