Everyday life presents many challenges, and not all are easy to overcome. To protect our mental and physical health, it’s important to recognize when stress goes beyond our ability to cope. Reaching out can help us find a space where we feel safe, respected, and understood—where we can gain insight, create meaningful change, improve relationships, and begin to heal using the strengths we already have.
Each person is on a unique and complex journey, often navigating life with limited support. I have a special interest in helping individuals facing complex trauma and the demands of significant life changes. My goal is to support clients in building resilience and adapting with confidence and self-awareness.
I use a trauma-informed, integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs. This includes EMDR, Hakomi, CBT, CPT, Gestalt, and the Safe and Sound Protocol. With a multicultural lens, I value the cultural and personal experiences that shape healing and offer a collaborative, supportive space for growth.
