Covid 19 has added extra stress & pressure to almost everybody's lives. If you feel that, because of Covid, you can't cope with certain things any more, or you've been coping in unhealthy ways, you're not alone, & it takes courage to reach out for help. Whether you're dealing with something big or small, a different, unbiased perspective can help you figure it out. If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, difficult work or relationship situations, past trauma, or are overwhelmed by the pandemic, I can help you to navigate through it, & get the balance back in your life.
I bring lived experience, 20 years as a therapist in a variety of settings, & ongoing learning to our time together. I use CBT, DBT, & Mindfulness, plus Psychodynamic, Solution Focussed, & Accelerated Resolution therapies, among others. My approach is client centred, trauma informed, & collaborative. I offer a warm & safe space to share your concerns.
