Our goal as a practice is to provide a neutral ground in which individuals, families, and couples can safely heal, energize and become aware of their inner strength. Thus, we ensure that a therapist is able to see you within 48 hours of reaching out.
Our experience enables us to offer effective and individualized psychological care. We work with a number of mental health disorders, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, relationship concerns, anger management, addictions, eating disorders low self-esteem, relationship concerns, communication/emotional difficulties, self-discovery/growth and more.
Our therapists are trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, DBT, Emotion Focussed Therapy, Solution Focussed Therapy, Gottman Method, Mindfulness, and much more.
